Home Remedies for Arthritis

Some easy home remedies for treatment of Arthritis:
  1. Make paste of garlic and apply it on the affected joints. Eating garlic slices (about 3-4) is also give relief in joint pains

  2. Mix 2 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1-teaspoon of honey in lukewarm water and drink it daily morning. It gives effective relief in pain.

  3. Mix 2-2 teaspoon of honey and apple cider vinegar both in lukewarm water and drink this solution in every morning.

  4. For relief in arthritis pain drink warm water with 1 teaspoon of turmeric daily. It will give sure relieve in arthritis pain.

  5. Massage with sandalwood paste or hot vinegar on affected joints before going to bed will helpful in getting relief from pain

  6. For stronger bone eat coconut and walnut regularly.

  7. Eat Vitamin C rich fruits. It is an effective home remedy for rheumatoid arthritis.

  8. Papaya seed tea gives relief in joint pains. Drink a cup of tea 6-7 times daily at least for two or three weeks.

  9. Sugar, macaroni, pie, white flour, cake, and sweet drinks are not good for Arthritis patient, so avoid these things from diet.

  10. Make juice of mixture of 1 fresh orange and add 1 tablespoon of cod liver oil, and drink it before going to bed. It will give relieve arthritis pain.

  11. Massage the affected joint with herbal oil slowly and softly. It is helpful in movement of joint and also relieves pain
