Home Remedies for Arthritis
Some easy home remedies for treatment of Arthritis:
- Make paste of garlic and apply it on the affected joints. Eating garlic slices (about 3-4) is also give relief in joint pains
- Mix 2 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1-teaspoon of honey in lukewarm water and drink it daily morning. It gives effective relief in pain.
- Mix 2-2 teaspoon of honey and apple cider vinegar both in lukewarm water and drink this solution in every morning.
- For relief in arthritis pain drink warm water with 1 teaspoon of turmeric daily. It will give sure relieve in arthritis pain.
- Massage with sandalwood paste or hot vinegar on affected joints before going to bed will helpful in getting relief from pain
- For stronger bone eat coconut and walnut regularly.
- Eat Vitamin C rich fruits. It is an effective home remedy for rheumatoid arthritis.
- Papaya seed tea gives relief in joint pains. Drink a cup of tea 6-7 times daily at least for two or three weeks.
- Sugar, macaroni, pie, white flour, cake, and sweet drinks are not good for Arthritis patient, so avoid these things from diet.
- Make juice of mixture of 1 fresh orange and add 1 tablespoon of cod liver oil, and drink it before going to bed. It will give relieve arthritis pain.
- Massage the affected joint with herbal oil slowly and softly. It is helpful in movement of joint and also relieves pain
